    Sales and Marketing Personnel

    Location: Minna, Niger

    Job Summary

    • Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; generate sales lead, tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory and writing report.

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
    • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
    • Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
    • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
    • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
    • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
    • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
    • Plans meetings; identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments.
    • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

    Requirements and Experience

    • B.Sc in Marketing or any related discipline.
    • Minimum of 1 year work experience in relevant field
    • Candidates for this position must reside in Minna Niger State

    Sales Account Manager

    Location: Minna, Niger

    Job Summary

    • Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; generate sales lead, tracking customer sales data; maintaining customer database and ensuring they balance their account as at when due.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans
    • Promotes the company's existing brands within your territory and introducing new products to the market
    • Maintains relationships with existing customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
    • Performs searches and create actions in social networks that help to better understand the needs of users, in order to convert them into customers.
    • Tracks trends and monitor competition.
    • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells Winco products to them accordingly.
    • Using data and research to help drive sales strategy and reach agreed monthly sales target and goals.
    • Schedules appointments and meetings with customers and engages in superior customer service.
    • Utilizes market data and trends to prepare marketing reports while staying current in the industry.
    • Develop existing Customer to create more market shares and sales.
    • Makes sure customer balance their accounts as at when due (ensuring Distributors who are on facility are paying up within 45 to 60 days from their last sales.

    Requirements and Experience

    • B.Sc in Marketing or any related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience in marketing.
    • Candidates for this position must reside in Minna.
