    Revenue Manager – Sales & Field Strategy (Retail + Platform Expansion)

    About the Role

    • Majeurs Holdings is seeking a highly driven and performance-focused Revenue Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and oversee pricing, forecasting, and optimization across our pipeline, showroom, and project channels.
    • This is a leadership role — not just a sales position. You will manage 10–20 field sales representatives, establish performance systems, ensure pipeline discipline, and close key strategic deals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our retail and platform expansion strategy.
    • The ideal candidate is structured, accountable, and highly motivating — capable of driving results while building a high-performance sales culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and manage a sales team of 10–20 reps (including recruitment, training, and performance reviews).
    • Personally close high-value/strategic deals (VIP clients, architects, large bundle orders).
    • Drive pipeline growth, showroom traffic, and CRM compliance.
    • Ensure pipeline coverage ≥3× monthly target.
    • Boost showroom sales, walk-in conversions, and event participation.
    • Achieve monthly closure of ≥25% of qualified leads.
    • Increase Average Order Value (AOV) by ≥1.5% month-on-month.

    Compensation Structure

    • Base Salary N400,000/month

    Operations Lead (Engineering Background Required)

    The Role

    • We are seeking an Operations Lead (Engineering background required) to drive operational excellence on our factory floor.

    Brand Strategy & Vision:
