    Retail Store / Channels Manager

    • The ideal candidate will manage daily retail activities, drive revenue growth across multiple sales channels, oversee digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives, and ensure seamless end-to-end logistics and fulfillment processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily opening, closing, and operational routines.
    • Engage with walk‑in and online customers, helping them select tailored gifts based on their briefs, occasion, budget, and recipient.
    • Curate unique gift packages and suggest upsell options to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Plan and create daily contents for the company’s social media platforms
    • Track content performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement.
    • Maintain accurate inventory tracking, and keep regular sales record
    • Update and analyze sales and inventory data for daily and monthly reporting.
    • Basic knowledge of using Canva, Capcut and other similar apps

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a store manager in a similar role (added advantage)
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Excellent communication skills; friendly, approachable, and must pay attention to details
    • Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (social media content production).

    Accountant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
    • Preparing and analysing financial statements
    • Assisting clients with tax preparation and planning
    • Review of the existing system and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Providing financial analysis and reporting to clients.
    • Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality services.
    • Month-end close entries and reporting

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    • 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
    • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an accounting environment.
