    Retail Sales Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • In-Store Sales
    • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and support to help them find the perfect bicycle or accessory.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom to enhance the customer experience.
    • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system / ERP.
    • Achieve Sales targets (Monthly/ Quarterly / Annual)
    • Ensure product prices are on all bicycles at all times
    • Keep track of inventory levels and restock items as needed.
    • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
    • Develop strategies to get referral from existing customers.
    • Ensure availability of products and proper merchandizing at the retail outlets
    • Ensure adequate stock of SKUs in all stores (with the right colors and sizes) Field Sales Activities:
    • Conduct field sales activities in the vicinity of the showroom to attract new customers and increase foot traffic.
    • Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential customers to introduce Simba Planet and its product offerings.
    • Identify and approach local businesses, schools, and community organizations for potential sales opportunities.
    • Represent company in field sales and marketing events like activations, trade shows, events etc.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BA / BSc Degree with 3 - 8 years work experience.

    Rigger

    Job Summary

    • The Field Rigger will be responsible for climbing telecommunication towers to install, replace, or upgrade RF equipment.
    • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, adhere to strict safety protocols, and work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure seamless integration and functionality of RF components

    Responsibilities

    • Climb telecommunication towers to install, replace, or upgrade RF equipment.
    • Install antennas, feedlines, and other RF components on towers or structures.
    • Configure and align RF equipment to meet specified technical requirements.
    • Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights.
    • Use safety equipment and follow industry-standard safety practices.
    • Conduct routine maintenance checks on RF equipment as per instructions.
    • Identify and rectify faults or malfunctions in a timely manner.
    • Work closely with RF engineers, network technicians, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment.
    • Ensure that installations meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
    • Perform quality checks on installed equipment.
    • Respond to and resolve RF-related issues on-site.
    • Collaborate with technical support teams as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
    • A Technical certification in Telecommunications or a related field os a plus.
    • Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in installing and maintaining RF equipment on telecommunication towers.

    Skills Requirement:

    • Strong understanding of RF equipment, antennas, and feedlines.
    • Proficiency in configuring and aligning RF components.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.
    • Commitment to safety and adherence to industry-standard safety practices.
    • Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
