    Educational Qualification: BSc in Estate Management

    Experience:  Minimum of 2-3 years related experience

    Role Objective: We are looking for a methodical Market Research Analyst to survey customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision making process regarding product designs, prices and promotions. The successful market researcher will be able to analyze autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness.

    Detailed Description

    • Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
    • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
    • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
    • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
    • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
    • Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
    • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
    • Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
    • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices

    Required Skills

    • Proven Market Research Analysis experience
    • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen

    Experience:  a minimum of 3-5 years related experience

    Role Objective: We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as a site supervisor. The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing staff and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures. Our ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, and team-focused.

    Detailed Description 

    • Oversee day to day operations of the facility
    • Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
    • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment
    • Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
    • Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
    • Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

    Account Assistant

    Educational Qualification: OND in Accounting

    Experience:  Minimum of 1-2 years related experience

    Role Objective: We are searching for a motivated Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.

    Detailed Description 

    • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
    • Preparing statutory accounts.
    • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
    • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
    • Recording and filing cash transactions.
    • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
    • Invoice processing and filing.
    • Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
    • Bank reconciliation.
    • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
