    Reliability Engineer

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    • To ensure comprehensive reliability monitoring of all APL operated fleet and provide meaningful and well analysed reliability data which drives reliability improvement initiatives and make sure efficient corrective actions are taken to reverse negative reliability trend..

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Development and administration of reliability programs by providing analysis of data obtained from maintenance records, aircraft and equipment manufactures or contracted maintenance agencies.
    • Compile and analyse reliability data for incorporation into the reliability program and initiate reliability alert.
    • Responsible for researching alternatives, providing recommendations, assisting with implementation plans, and maintenance initiatives which are intended to improve operational safety, regulatory compliance, fleet equipment reliability and reduce operating costs.
    • Responsible for monitoring inspection findings arising from scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and ensure revisions to the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
    • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and recommend corrective action in collaboration with technical services engineers.
    • Improve Reliability through the development, enhancement and ensuring the implementation of effective Reliability Management System, and through adopting the standards needed for safe and reliable operations, supporting reliability related processes across the company.
    • Coordinate with technical services engineers in the accomplishment of above alert and top reliability drivers of system/component investigation and ETOPS significant events.
    • Manage data collection and analyse data of routine and non-routine task card to adjust of the check interval of specific routine Maintenance program task.
    • Manage maintenance data for the daily and monthly reliability reports
    • Calculate aircraft reliability performance parameters such as Mean Time between
    • Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time between Unscheduled Removals (MTBUR) from reliability databases.
    • Manage alert value calculation required for performance measurement and coordinate alerted investigations of significant technical problems, systems, and components.
    • Preparation of reliability report on monthly basis based for KPIs indicted in the Reliability control Program.
    • Develop required charts, graphs, and historical data for daily and monthly reliability reports.
    • Organization, distribution, and presentation of monthly Reliability reports and organize monthly and quarterly reliability reports.
    • Manage the verification process of accuracy of logbook data entry in ADS system.
    • Follow-up and monitor Reliability Control Board action items for their implementation by concerned sections.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • For experienced candidates
    • 6+ years experience in CAMO area, specifically in Reliability engineering area (Technical services/development/ systems) engineering discipline post study
    • Bachelor of Science degree or above in Mechanical , Electrical, Electro-Mechanical,
    • Aeronautical engineering and related engineering fields.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
    • Major projects management experience is advantageous
    • For Beginners (Entry Level)
    • 2+ years experience in the airline in maintenance and engineering related area with Bachelor of Science degree or above in Mechanical , Electrical,
    • Electro-Mechanical, Aeronautical engineering and related engineering fields.

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical, mathematical, and engineering concepts

    Technical Records Officer

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    • The Technical Records Officer's role is to manage the accurate recording, preservation, control, archiving, and retrieval of continuous airworthiness records and aircraft delivery documentation.
    • The role ensures all technical records and associated archives are maintained in full compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Filing and maintaining required logbooks for aircraft, engines and components.
    • Recording and preservation of pertinent data on aircraft and components.
    • Recording and preservation of pertinent data on defect.
    • Arranging aircraft records in a manner and in position allowing for easy access and retrieval.
    • To keep an accurate and up to date record of flying hours and cycles of each aircraft in the relevant logbooks.
    • Review the completed tech log pages, work orders and associated paper works received from maintenance stations and ensure that the paperwork are complete in all respect and meets the regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure that all continued airworthiness records are verified in all respects and that contained information is updated in to computer system on a daily basis.
    • Ensure accurate records of all Checks, Services and Maintenance or
    • Repair-Activities are created and maintained for future inspection by Aviation Authorities.
    • To check work pack returned against record for completeness and for proper certification.
    • Ensure continued airworthiness records are backed up regularly and stored independently and maintained in good condition.
    • To issue technical logbooks to each aircraft and keep completed copies filed.
    • To file and retain completed work pack in the relevant aircraft files.
    • Performs other duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or equivalent in related fields with 2 years relevant experience as a technical records officer in an airline or MRO environment.

    Commercial Systems Analyst

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    • To ensure the efficient and strategic management of Air Peace Limited's airline distribution systems (GDS), inventory controls, pricing, and capacity planning in alignment with the company's revenue, yield, and passenger objectives.
    • This role will also provide operational oversight and guidance to the central reservations system to support overall commercial performance and organizational goals.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leads in the development and implementation of market strategies to deliver
    • Revenue budget objectives.
    • Analyze enhancements to the airline's distribution system which would benefit
    • APL, both technically and financially, and test same, ensuring other areas are not affected because of these changes
    • Provide an up-to-date authoritative market analysis about APL's business environment, major markets, including economic reviews and forecasts to identify potential opportunities/risks.
    • Ensure the start-up of any new routes as regards to commercial systems requirements.
    • Ensure Data Protection Act is adhered to specifically in relation to police inquiries for passenger information.
    • To ensure the integrity of security of the company's GDS.

    Sales and Business Development Manager

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    • The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, fostering key partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities within the aviation industry.
    • Will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, increasing sales revenue, and strengthening customer relationships.
    • Develop, implement, and direct Sales and Business management processes to maximize & optimize route revenues and profitability. Maximize business opportunities through a combination of accurate analysis and forecasting to determine optimal capacity allocation and demand management. Identify business growth priorities and ensure that Network Planning activities are delivered in such a way as to add maximum value to the business.
