    Regional Sales Manager - Health Sector

    About the Role

    • Konga Health is seeking a results-driven and commercially savvy Regional Sales Manager to lead sales performance across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in beauty, skincare, and wellness products, with working knowledge of global brands such as CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Garnier, and similar product lines.
    • This role requires a leader who can drive revenue growth, manage sales teams, and build strong retail and customer relationships across multiple locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive regional sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets
    • Manage and supervise Beauty Advisors and sales teams across multiple locations
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for skincare and wellness products
    • Monitor stock levels, product availability, and sell-through rates across stores
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and partners
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
    • Ensure proper merchandising and brand visibility in line with global standards
    • Train and coach teams on product knowledge, particularly skincare and dermo-cosmetic brands
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • 5–8 years experience in sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or health retail
    • Strong knowledge of skincare brands such as CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Garnier, and similar products
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience managing regional or multi-location sales teams
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Ability to travel within assigned regions

    Finance Executive - Finance Planning and Reporting

    OVERVIEW

    • Responsible for developing budgets, financial models, and forecasts to support business strategy while preparing and analyzing financial reports, statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    KEY DUTIES:

    • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop budgets, financial models, and long-term forecasts to support business strategy.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse vertical and group financial statements, variance reports, and performance metrics.
    • Data Analysis: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analysing financial data.
    • Business Partnering: Collaborate with executives, finance teams, and department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.
    • Variance Analysis: Investigate discrepancies between actual and forecasted financial performance and provide recommendations.
    • KPI Monitoring: Track and report key performance indicators to assess business performance.
    • Process Improvement: Enhance financial reporting systems, automate processes, and ensure data accuracy.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
    • Prepare and submit Ecommerce weekly report
    • Supervision of monthly reconciliation of the bank accounts
    • Review and reconcile monthly inter-companies’ account balances
    • Ensure real-time posting of all financial transactions.
    • Supervise to ensure verticals’ monthly finance reports are accurately prepared
    • Approval and Review of General Journals and Ledger, Posting of Fixed asset as at month end
    • Prepare group share costs and advise verticals and entities within the group
    • Any other activity assigned by the CFO

    KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

    Technical Skills:

    • Financial Modeling & Forecasting

    • Accounting Knowledge & principles (GAAP/IFRS)

    Warehouse Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Officer to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, handling, storing, and dispatching goods while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods
    • Assist with picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
    • Support inventory counts and stock reconciliation

    Requirements
