    Regional Sales Manager - Health Sector

    About the Role

    • Konga Health is seeking a results-driven and commercially savvy Regional Sales Manager to lead sales performance across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in beauty, skincare, and wellness products, with working knowledge of global brands such as CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Garnier, and similar product lines.
    • This role requires a leader who can drive revenue growth, manage sales teams, and build strong retail and customer relationships across multiple locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive regional sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets
    • Manage and supervise Beauty Advisors and sales teams across multiple locations
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for skincare and wellness products
    • Monitor stock levels, product availability, and sell-through rates across stores
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and partners
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
    • Ensure proper merchandising and brand visibility in line with global standards
    • Train and coach teams on product knowledge, particularly skincare and dermo-cosmetic brands
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • 5–8 years experience in sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or health retail
    • Strong knowledge of skincare brands such as CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Garnier, and similar products
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience managing regional or multi-location sales teams
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Ability to travel within assigned regions
