About the Role
Konga Health is looking for passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our growing team. If you have a strong interest in skincare, cosmetics, and wellness, and enjoy helping customers make informed choices, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on skincare, beauty, and wellness products
• Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs
• Drive product awareness and sales through excellent customer engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Support inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• 1–3 years experience in beauty, retail, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of skincare and beauty products (an added advantage)
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
