    Regional Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
    • Support stores manager with day-to-day store operation
    • Evaluate store and individual performances
    • Report on regional sales results
    • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
    • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
    • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
    • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
    • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
    • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
    • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

    Requirements and Skills

    • B.Sc Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Animal Science or relevant field with 3-5 years experience.
    • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager,Area Manager or similar senior sales role
    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
    • Familiarity with CRM software
    • Dog Lovers
    • Understanding of store operations
    • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Passion for pet and knowledgeable of animal nutrition is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS office and CRM tools.
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Availability to travel as needed.

    Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner

    Role Overview

    • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Managing Partner, ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly and organizational objectives are achieved.
    • This role demands exceptional organizational ability, critical thinking, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, schedules, meetings, and correspondence with precision.
    • Coordinate travel logistics, events, and high-level stakeholder engagements.
    • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, memos, and proposals.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Track deliverables, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure timely execution.
    • Conduct research, prepare briefing notes, and support decision-making.

    Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in a senior administrative capacity (experience in IT/consulting is an advantage).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
