Job Description

• The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists of Earth Blend (The Juice Lab).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls, physical visit, email and chat.
• Make product orders on behalf of customers.
• Follow-up on products distribution to customers.
• Enter and manage data of old and new customers on company’s data base.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience in fast moving consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
