    Job Summary:
    The hired candidate will act as the first point of contact on behalf of the company, Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.

    Job Duties:

    • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
    • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
    • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
    • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
    • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Dealing with compliant tactfully, calmly and politely
    • Reporting and documenting issues for resolutions.
    • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualification & Skills:

    • HND/B Sc. – Min 2.2/Lower Credit
    • Minimum of 2 years for Receptionist

    Salary

    In Process Checker/Quality Assurance

    Location: Ota, Ogun State

    JOB SUMMARY

    As an In-Process Checker, you are responsible to monitor all areas of production inspection process, including in-process Quality Assurance, incoming raw materials, and expiration dates. Review batch records of additives for accuracy and completeness for product disposition.
    RESPONSIBILITIES  

    • Issuance of Line Clearance
    • Monitoring GMP compliance
    • Filling of production logbook
    • Sampling of products and raw materials
    • Carrying out various quality test in the lab
    • Monitoring production process and compliance
    • All other instruction given by the line manager and other superiors

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 

    • At least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
    • BSc./HND in any Pure & Applied Science courses.

    Salary

    Reporting Line: Head of Food Production

    Supervises: All Supervisors and Associates in the Fast Food Unit

    Job objective

    • Responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the fast food business operations
    • Supervises the production of confectionaries, food and pastries across all Outlets

    Principal Duties / Responsibilities

    • Ensures that production materials are on hand and available at all times in all Outlets.
    • Oversee production cost and make and implement es recommendations on effective cost reduction strategies for the entire production unit.
    • Supervises the preparation of production raw materials in a manner that will guarantee sensible delivery of the freshest products.
    • Trains production unit team members in the areas of safety, job functions and general practices of food production.
    • Constantly observe and analyze creation and quality records to certify compliance with production policies and product specifications.
    • Ensure timely delivery of products across all stores
    • Manage production activities to ensure standard output
    • Oversee the process of ordering raw materials for production use
    • Draw up production schedule; monitor day to day operations to ensure production of quality items.
    • Takes full responsibility in ensuring that all products produced are wholesome, health and free from contaminations and safe
    • Report maintenance damages/ malfunctions to the administrative team as soon as discovered to avoid production downtime
    • Manage and develop production systems that increase productivity, quality, food safety and lower costs.

    Job Requirements

    Profile

    • 5-7 years Fast Food/ Restaurant experience or bakery factory experience with minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
    • Experience in sales, marketing or operations in either Retail or FMCG, will be an added advantage.
    • Experience negotiating and forming strategic partnerships; vendor relationships and regulatory bodies preferred.

    Job Objectives

    • Represent the FoodCo brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness and profitable growth by observing the market,   competitors and industry trends
    • Lead the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to enhance client's brand image to the market and reach the target audience for each location.

    Principal Duties / Responsibilities

    • Marketing and Brand Strategy
    • Internalize and contribute to development of company overall mission and value proposition. Understand strategy for multiple business stakeholders and what factors drive performance; suggests ways to differentiate the FoodCo market.
    • Develop marketing plans and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual marketing planning/calendaring that aligns with positioning and key objectives
    • Plan and execute marketing strategies for the organization and for new and existing products and services.
    • Drive collaboration with marketing associates and cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure campaigns result in customer acquisition and profitable sales growth.
    • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, and adjusting marketing plans if necessary.

    Customer Engagement and Loyalty

    • Measure and drive improvements in overall customer satisfaction, championing internal initiatives required to address customer concerns
    • Analyze consumer behavior and determine consumer personas. Develop system and metrics for tracking customer retention and growth in share in wallet.
    • Identify opportunities to reach new customer segments and expand market share. Track resonance of value proposition to different customer segments and markets.
    • Oversee industry leading loyalty program that endears customers to the brand.

    Communications and Tactics

    • Develop marketing’s overall media strategy and goals and associated implementation plan.
    • Work with creative media and other internal/external resources to ensure strategic alignment of content for marketing tactics; and   share feedback with team to enhance quality of outputs.
    • Ensure FoodCo brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns,   web pages and promotional materials)
    • Develop brand bible and ensure its implementation across all channels including print, web and in-store.

    Financial management

    • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Unit
    • Understand effectiveness and role of various channels and reflect that in creative cost-effective allocation of resources, including generating earned media and.
    • Manage budget allocation and assess Return on Investment for every marketing effort.
    • Determine pricing strategies required to deliver on customer value proposition.

    Qualification

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
    Qualifications/Requirement

    • A masters degree in a related field will be an added advantage
    • 10- 12 years of brand management, product management or agency related work experience in consumer facing industries.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in a senior marketing leadership position
    • Broad base of experience in key areas of job responsibility.
    • Experience with social media marketing.
    • A professional certification in any related course would be an added advantage.

    Our client who is a multinational pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing company is looking to hire an experienced Legal/Corporate Affairs Manager for its business operations in Lagos.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee all legal aspects of business in Nigeria
    • Render support in the management of real and intellectual property of the company
    • Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures for the business
    • Responsible for all company licensing activities (buildings, billboards, and others), both manufacture, extension and documentation
    • Checking report files to government agencies
    • Conduct appropriate research for legal cases – the legitimacy of asset deals, lawsuit investigations, labour and employment etc
    • Keep track of new updates in corporate and business law

    • Understand lobbying and negotiation techniques
