    Real Estate Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
    • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
    • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
    • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
    • Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
    • Attract prospective clients to promote new business.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
    • Real Estate background will be an added advantage
    • Must be a female.
    • Must reside at Lekki, Ajah and its environs.

    Legal Officer

    Job Summary

    • The certified legal professional willoversee the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
    • He/She will prepare and review legal documents relating to real estate, negotiate the terms and conditions of real estate transactions, and facilitate the transfer of titles.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise the managementaccordingly.
    • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions.
    • Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.
    • Draft routine leases and amendments.
    • Defend the municipal code litigation.
    • Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.
    • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
    • Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
    • Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (essential).
    • 0 - 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
    • Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
    • Good understanding of Foreclosure.
    • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Manage all financial transactions and records of the company.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations in all financial activities and transactions.
    • Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements and reports for review.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
    • Ensure compliance with taxes and levies payment as at when due.
    • Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients based on project completion and contractual terms.
    • Conduct regular audits to reconcile inventory, procurement, and sales records.
    • Process payroll accurately and on time, including necessary deductions and withholdings.
    • Reconcile bank statements, monitor transactions, and attend to bank-related issues.
    • Prepare management accounts (Daily, weekly, monthly, and annually) as required.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of First Degree in Accounting from reputable tertiary institution
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional accountant.
    • Experience using accounting software.
    • Knowledge of Nigerian accounting practices and taxation laws.
    • Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of accuracy, efficiency, honesty, and responsibility.
    • Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges.
