    Real Estate Accountant

    • Carry out financial analysis on Real Estate business initiatives (e.g., expansion, asset acquisition).
    • Oversee the Real Estate company accounts and maintain necessary reporting to the banks.
    • Develop Annual Budgets and review regularly with the Head of Business.
    • Coordinate Annual Audit processes in compliance with regulations. 
    • Oversee Cash flow management and regular review of internal reports.
    • Develop the company's financial books and interpret, to management and recommend improvement areas.
    • Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze rent schedules.
    • Record and prepare financial statements for site-level analysis and provide support to all accounting schedules and maintain same.
    • Supervise accounting information and provide assistance to internal and external customers.
    • Prepare and reconcile bank data and property-associated reports.
    • Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems (ERP).
    • Spearhead Process Compliance and Review for the Real Estate Business.
    • Assist with activities related to property funds.

    Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

    Job Summary

    • The Relationship Manager, Wealth Management provides operational support to the Wealth Advisors and other Business leads within the Wealth Management team in order to expand client-base, support the delivery of spot-on Client Experience, and grow Assets Under Management (AUM). This role reports to the Head, Wealth Management.

    Job Description

    • Support AUM drive-by segmenting the HNI target market and providing periodic reports on potential new business opportunities.
    • Responsible for the end-to-end process of Account opening and client onboarding.
    • Manage KYC documentation for new and existing clients.
    • Responsible for generating client statements periodically.
    • Process client redemptions and payouts as requested.
    • Provide periodic reports on AUM figures, forecasting, and other records which may be required by the Team Lead. 
    • Work closely with the Finance and Operations team on Wealth management transactions.
    • Deliver exceptional client experience through client appreciation and recognition initiatives.
    • Ensure communication to clients meets all defined internal control standards and external regulatory requirements.
    • Implement and participate in compliance-related activities within the internal teams and other stakeholders.
    • Attend product training (Roadshows) to be up-to-date with the market developments.

    Job Experience
    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar course of study from a reputable university.
    • At least 3- 5 years of work experience in the Private Banking or Financial Services industry.
    • Previous experience in a client service role in Private Banking or Financial Services.
    • A master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or other relevant post-graduate qualifications is an added advantage.

    Technology Intern

    Job Summary

    • The Technology Intern will be responsible for providing front-line primary technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals.
    • The Technology Intern must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate Technology staff members.
    • The Technology Intern will also perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention.
    • This position will support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing equipment.
    • This position may require independent work, sharing information, and assisting others with work orders.

    Job Description
    The responsibilities of this role will be broad and include:

    • Responding to technical support tickets.
    • Liaising with the customer to determine the nature of the technical issue.
    • Connecting to the Team Member’s computer system via remote access.
    • Resolving hardware and network malfunctions at team members’ locations.

    • Providing the Team members with resolution choices.
    • Installing new hardware systems, software upgrades, or networking cables.
    • Fixing any software or hardware issues.
    • Providing minor technical or operational training.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
    • Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
    • Knowledge of remote desktop support systems.
