    Radiographer

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing examination rooms for patient examinations.
    • Positioning patients and equipment, explaining the procedures, and ensuring patients' comfort.
    • Interact with patients to offer them psychological support and reassurance.
    • Set accurate radiation levels in accordance with established standards, and also obtain patient consent prior to diagnostic imaging to fulfill legal requirements.
    • Operate CT scanners, MRI, X-rays, machines etc. to obtain radiographic images of patients.
    • Evaluate patient condition prior to radiotherapy to determine the suitable radiographic technique for treatment.
    • Accurately performs diagnostic imaging to obtain clear, usable images.
    • Inserting commands and data into the computer to document and specify the scan sequences and monitoring the video display to adjust the density or contrast.
    • Monitor patients during examinations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
    • Ensure compliance with established safety regulations and procedures when operating radiation equipment in order to prevent ill-exposure to ionizing radiation.
    • Producing diagnostic images, reporting important information to the Physician, and updating patients' records on LMS
    • Follow all radiology health and safety rules and report any possible hazards to the Radiologist and Branch Operations Manager
    • Keep and / or retrieve departmental copies of patient test reports.
    • Keeps the Branch Operations Manager and Radiologist informed about malfunctioning of any equipment in the department.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.sc Radiography
    • 3- 5 years experience
    • Candidate must have a valid practicing licence
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion.
    • Candidate must be skilled in HSG, MRI CT & X-rays.

    Front Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Co-ordination of Reception, waiting areas to ensure suitable environment and ambience.
    • Co-ordination of Guest Relation duties and activities
    • Client registration – collect and input all necessary data from the client.
    • Accept the client’s mode of payment in line with company policy, collect and register the client’s payment.
    • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
    • Politely guide the client in the direction of the procedure/examination paid for.
    • Ensure proper filing and archiving of patient record in expected format.
    • Ensure usage of checklist and proper check-out
    • Feedback management: Monitor administration of forms and submission.
    • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
    • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
    • Address customer complaints and escalate to Branch operations Manager / Customer Experience Manager
    • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standard.
    • Maintain registration flow by efficiently moving patients through the process.
    • Interacts with patients by answering questions, providing information, and keeping the reception area in order.
    • Maintains general filing system and files appropriate correspondence electronically or manually.
    • Responsible for report generation and dispatch in support of departmental goals and objectives.
    • Ensure accurate product knowledge to guide and provide relevant and timely information to clients.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Performs other general administrative tasks as directed by line manager.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc in management science or similar field.
    • Minimum of one year experience in similar job role.
    • Attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.
    • Time management
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to connect with several types of patients.
