    Quality Assurance, Compliance and Documentation Executive

    • This is a strategic mid-level role for an individual who is excellent at reviewing documents, checking quality, ensuring compliance, supporting due diligence processes, maintaining records, and strengthening administrative discipline across a growing institutional organisation.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with management, project teams, finance, legal, investment, operations and administrative departments to ensure that documents, processes, files, submissions and internal records meet the required institutional standard.

    Key Responsibilities

    The role will include:

    • Reviewing internal and external documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency and professional quality
    • Supporting compliance checks across company records, regulatory files, contracts, proposals and operational documents
    • Conducting documentation audits and identifying missing, incomplete or inconsistent records
    • Supporting due diligence processes for partners, investors, vendors, projects and internal departments
    • Maintaining organised filing systems, document registers, compliance trackers and administrative records
    • Ensuring that reports, proposals, letters, contracts and submissions follow approved formats and quality standards
    • Supporting management with quality control before documents are submitted to external parties
    • Monitoring internal processes and recommending improvements for documentation, administration and compliance
    • Coordinating with departments to ensure deadlines, document requirements and compliance obligations are properly tracked
    • Preparing checklists, review notes, compliance summaries and internal quality assurance reports

    Required Skills and Experience

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent document review ability
    • Good knowledge of compliance, administration, due diligence or quality assurance processes
    • Strong organisational and record-management skills
    • Ability to review documents critically and identify errors, gaps and inconsistencies
    • Good written communication and reporting skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and document workflows
    • Professional discipline, confidentiality and sound judgement
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace and document management tools
    • Experience in corporate administration, compliance, audit support, legal documentation, project administration or investment-related documentation will be an advantage

    • This role is designed for a highly capable digital professional who understands how to build online visibility, mobilise communities, manage sponsored ads, create compelling content, grow social media platforms, and convert digital engagement into measurable business outcomes.
    • We are looking for someone who is not just active on social media, but understands strategy, targeting, audience psychology, paid campaigns, online mobilisation, content performance and digital monetisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across key platforms
    • Managing sponsored ads, targeted ads and paid social media campaigns
    • Building and mobilising online communities for NCDF Group programmes, platforms and investment initiatives
    • Creating strong written content for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, adverts and promotional materials
    • Growing social media engagement, followers, reach and conversion across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and other relevant channels
    • Designing campaign strategies for investor engagement, community mobilisation, programme enrolment and brand awareness

    • Monitoring campaign performance, audience behaviour, conversion rates and engagement analytics
    • Working with management and business teams to translate institutional objectives into digital campaigns
    • Creating content calendars, campaign plans, advert copy, captions, newsletters and community updates
    • Identifying digital trends, growth opportunities and audience segments that can strengthen the organisation’s visibility and impact

    Required Skills and Experience

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Strong experience in digital marketing and social media campaign management
    • Proven ability to run sponsored ads and targeted advertising campaigns
    • Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or similar platforms
