    Project Supervisor

    Description 

    • Conduct inspections, assess and manage risks on site
    • Take part in generating new applicators for site application work.
    • Responsible for product launch, product demonstration, training for consultants, applicators and other clients.
    • Handle customer technical complaints.
    • Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot application failure.
    • Create standard procedure for site application in relation to product technical data sheet and best practice
    • Sales Technical Support
    • Creation of method statement and application procedure for product and site application.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure all datasheet on our social media handles are up-to-date and correct

    Academic Qualification

    • A good First Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering, Construction or similar with 3 - 5 years proven experience

    Human Resource Business Partner

    Key Job Roles

    • Coordinatingrecruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disengagement of full-time, part-time, and temporary employees;
    • Developing, implementing and managing staff performance and professional development plan that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and objectives and drives high performance;
    • Creating a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement, and motivation;

    Sales Executive

    Job Description 

    • Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company’s productsto clients.
    • Discuss productneeds andrequirements with customers and engineers.
    • Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
    • Research, develop and modify products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.

    Quality Control Chemist

    Description 

    • Immediate, full-time opening for an experienced Quality Control Chemist to perform quality testing of our ready mix products at our factory and customer job sites under the direction of the Quality Control Manager. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.

    Responsibilities

    • Measure and test lab materials and products according to industry specific standard procedures
    • Perform rigorous quality assurane of samples
    • Follow established quality control procedures to ensure that concrete mixes produced meet the customer's job-specific requirements.
    • Conduct quality control testing on aggregate and concrete products including, but not limited to, field testing (slump, air content, unit weight, yield, cylinders, etc.), gradations on production aggregates, and lab work (compression testing and scheduling).
    • Mix and test trial batches in advance of jobs within provided specifications.
    • Test field cylinders in the lab using established quality control procedures, and accurately record results.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of testing completed with results.Maintain lab area and equipment according to industry standard.
    • Follow all company safety regulations and policies at all times.
    • Follow all company environmental regulations and policies at all times.
    • Represent company with professionalism and customer service in mind at all times.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • BSc Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or related fields.
    • Proven experience as a Quality Control personnel in a chemistry lab setting.
    • Detailed knowledge of quality management systems, current Good Manufacturing Practices, expertise with QC principles and compliance requirements
    • Experience with analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, etc.
    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Excellent Reporting
