    Project Officer

    We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring their timely completion, and maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
    • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
    • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may impact project success.
    • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, or related discipline).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project officer or related role.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, PMP, MS Project).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Assistant Store Keeper

    • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Assistant Store Keeper at our esteemed establishment.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and maintenance of the store, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Store Keeper in managing inventory, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including organizing shelves, restocking items, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory levels, sales, and stock movements.
