    Creative Lead

    Job Summary

    • The Creative Lead is responsible for the creative quality, storytelling direction, and content development of our media productions.
    • Working within the Production Department, the Creative Lead ensures that all projects align with the company’s creative standards while collaborating with operations, production teams, and external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities
    Creative Direction:

    • Lead creative development for all projects.
    • Develop concepts, narratives, and creative strategies.
    • Ensure consistency of brand identity across productions.
    • Approve creative outputs before delivery.

    Content Development:

    • Guide script development.
    • Oversee storyboarding and creative planning.
    • Develop innovative content ideas.
    • Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions.

    Production Collaboration:

    • Work closely with producers and project managers.
    • Provide creative guidance throughout production.
    • Review content during pre-production, production, and post-production.

    Team Leadership:

    • Manage creative personnel and freelancers.

    Program Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Program Officer is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of our media’s internal programs, original shows, podcasts, recurring content series, and special initiatives.
    • The role ensures that company-owned programs move from concept to execution on schedule and meet quality standards.

    Responsibilities
    Program Ownership:

    • Own the end-to-end management of our internal programs and content initiatives.
    • Develop annual and quarterly program calendars.
    • Ensure programs are launched and executed according to schedule.
    • Maintain visibility across all active and upcoming programs.

    Program Development:

    • Identify new opportunities for original content and programming.
    • Develop program concepts in collaboration with leadership and the Creative Lead.
    • Conduct research to strengthen program viability and audience relevance.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of future content initiatives.

    Guest & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Identify, research, and engage potential guests, speakers, contributors, and collaborators.
    • Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and communication with guests.
    • Manage relationships with partners involved in program delivery.
    • Ensure all guests receive a professional and seamless experience.

    Production Coordination:

    • Work with Production and Creative teams to ensure readiness for recordings, shoots, and releases.

    • Identify gaps, delays, and operational challenges affecting programs.
    • Escalate risks and recommend solutions proactively.

    Performance & Growth:

    • Monitor audience engagement and program performance.
    • Recommend improvements to increase reach and impact.
    • Develop systems to track program outcomes and effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a B.Sc

    Head of Production

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 physical workdays per week, remaining days remote)

    About the Job

    • Are you a creative production leader with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and developing high-performing teams? 
    • We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead our creative production department, drive operational excellence, and build scalable production systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee all stages of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production and final delivery.
    • Direct production teams to ensure high-quality creative and technical output.
    • Supervise video editing, cinematography, lighting, sound, and overall production quality.
    • Develop and implement production workflows, SOPs, and quality control processes.
    • Train, mentor, and develop interns and junior creatives into competent production professionals.
    • Utilize AI-powered production tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and turnaround time.
    • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other departments to deliver projects on schedule.
    • Ensure production projects are completed within agreed timelines without compromising quality.
    • Continuously improve production processes to reduce errors, rework, and missed deadlines.

    • Consistent delivery of high-quality production outputs that meet brand and client expectations.
    • Timely completion of production projects.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in video production, content creation, or a related creative leadership role.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut Pro.
    • Strong understanding and practical use of AI-powered production tools.
    • Excellent cinematography, camera operation, lighting, composition, and storytelling skills.
    • Strong knowledge of the complete production lifecycle.
    • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development experience.
    • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement.
