    Project Manager - Light Well Intervention

    • This role leads and directs the teams across functions and geographies for delivery of Light Well Intervention solutions to the customers in the region.
    • Critical to this role are on-time delivery of projects, maintaining budget and quality outcomes for the customers.
    • The Project Manager-Light Well Intervention will plan, organize, monitor, and oversee LWI projects and campaigns to meet defined requirements and identify key resources and provide direction required to meet project objectives.

    Responsibilities
    As a Project Manager- Light Well Intervention, you will be responsible for:

    • Successfully lead the execution of Light Well Intervention Projects to achieve Customer/Baker Hughes goals.
    • Organize, manage and control overall project, both within the Baker Hughes organization and towards Customer.
    • Ensure that project objectives, project schedules and budgets are established and followed and that the Contract is managed in accordance with Customer needs.
    • Proactively monitor and manage safety, quality, reliability, qualification, progress and cost and initiate appropriate corrective actions as required.
    • Establish a positive and aligned team spirit within the project by inspiring team members towards high levels of motivation/commitment.
    • Ensure clear allocation of responsibility and authority within project team.
    • Ensure correct resource levels are established and maintained for all elements of work
    • Participate in the Contract Review process, assisting the translation of agreed Ts & Cs into project/sales orders.
    • Ensure that all necessary project admin functions are established and organized in a way that ensure effective and safe execution of Scope of Work (SoW).
    • Introduce and maintain an effective HSE and Quality culture. Identify and record all Quality, HSE, Technical and Commercial risks facing the project, ensuring these are recorded and mitigation plans are put in place and effectively executed/monitored.
    • Establish the project cost model and invoicing/payments schedule. Generate, in conjunction with the designated Commercial Manager, all appropriate cost reporting templates and continually monitor, control and report on cost performance throughout project life cycle.
    • Meet or exceed, margin targets as determined by the Business, avoiding Liquidated Damages (LDs).

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
    • Have at least 10+ of experience in project management within the oil servicing/Oil and gas industry.
    • Experience or in-depth knowledge of oilfield products & services, field service and technical advising
    • Be able to demonstrate project management skills and be experience in project leadership.
    • Have fluent oral and written communication skills.

    Sales Manager, SSA Industrial Power Solutions

    • As the Sales Manager you will work within our SSA territories selling our products and services. You will contribute to the commercial expansion of business within industrial sectors

    Responsibilities
    You will also be responsible for:

    • Industrial Power Solution sales for SSA.
    • Providing commercial presence in SSA, growing business and integrating opportunities on a global scale.
    • Developing and expanding a network of key stakeholders and customer relationships in the industrial power and co-generation space to generate business and growth opportunities.
    • Developing and nurturing customer relationships at a variety of levels including C-suite and increasing market share through active marketing and project development campaigns.
    • Understanding customer corporate strategy programs for energy transition and decarbonisation to translate these into business opportunities and growth.
    • Identifying and reviewing new target companies, customers, markets, alliances and organic growth opportunities to inform customer and commercial strategy.
    • Collaborating with cross functional teams, including commercial, operations, engineering, marketing, project and product in the implementation of customer strategy, driving growth, and delivering on financial target.

    • Show a proven track record delivering successful results in a sales, business development, account management or commercial role.
    • Have a considerable network of relationships to leverage within the industrial, process, manufacturing industries or the emerging markets where co-gen solutions are applicable i.e. Data Storage and Facilities, Pulp and Paper, Food and Beverage etc.
    • Have experience of managing a diverse client base with varied routes to market with the ability to assess business agreements and close deals for complex capital projects.
    • Display the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organization.
    • Have a customer-centric consultative approach, able to translate problems, issues and needs into solutions and profitable business.
    • Display excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
    • Be able to travel regularly when required within Northern Europe.
