improve workplace productivity. Due to expansion, there are currently in need of a PROJECT MANAGER.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in interior design.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager.
• Understanding of ERP implementation.
• Experience overseeing a construction project.

They enhanced their distribution portfolio with farm machinery in addition to automobiles the company produces passenger cars, trucks, vans, coaches, buses, sports cars, construction equipment, and military vehicles. They are currently in need of a SALES MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets at Abuja and its environs Northern part of Nigeria).
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s
• customer base and ensure its strong presence in the Northern region.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understand their needs.
• Present sales, revenues, and expenses report and provide realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate degree – Marketing /Business Administration
• Proven track record in marketing and sales
• 8+ years in a managerial role
• Automotive Sales Experience
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Very good communication skills

NB: The Sales Manager would be required to travel to Kano on a monthly basis.
