    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering assigned MEP projects from commencement to completion, ensuring they are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide the interface between project ownership and project delivery teams for assigned projects.
    • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and
    • Plumbing (MEP) works on construction projects.
    • Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of approved MEP systems.
    • Control project budgets and monitor costs related to MEP works, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
    • Plan, schedule, and supervise site activities related to MEP installation to ensure the timely completion of work.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a first degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in MEP project management and construction execution.
    • Proven experience in managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works on construction projects.
    • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality control standards, and site coordination.
    • Experience managing medium to large-scale MEP projects.

    Technical Services Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Technical Services Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all technical functions of the company. This role oversees HVAC, chilled water systems, cold rooms, refrigeration, and related MEP services, ensuring excellence in installation, maintenance, service delivery, compliance, and team performance.

    Responsibilies

    Technical Operations & Systems Management

    • Provide overall technical leadership for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, chilled water systems, cold rooms, and refrigeration units.
    • Develop and enforce preventive and corrective maintenance frameworks to ensure system reliability and minimal downtime.
    • Lead complex troubleshooting of chillers, compressors, evaporators, condensers, cooling towers, and piping systems.
    • Ensure all technical operations comply with industry standards, OEM guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

    Team Leadership & Capacity Development

    • Lead, manage, and mentor technical supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
    • Establish training programs to improve competence in HVAC, refrigeration, and MEP systems.
    • Set performance standards, conduct technical evaluations, and recommend skill upgrades.
    • Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies across all technical activities.
    • Quality Assurance & Reporting
    • Oversee quality control processes to ensure all projects meet approved technical specifications and company standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and technical reviews of ongoing and completed projects.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance schedules, system performance, faults, and corrective actions.
    • Provide periodic technical and operational reports to management

    Client, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met.
    • Provide technical input for proposals, contract negotiations, and project planning.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for sourcing equipment, spare parts, and technical support.
    • Support business development efforts by offering technical expertise during bids and presentations.

    Strategy & Continuous Improvement

    • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve service efficiency, reliability, and profitability.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and cost optimisation.
    • Stay updated on emerging HVAC and MEP technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a first degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in MEP project execution and site coordination.
    • Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems on construction projects.
    • Good understanding of construction practices, quality control procedures, and site coordination.

    • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
    • Ability to accurately follow project plans, schedules, and instructions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
