    Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality delivery.
    • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
    • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
    • Build and maintainstrong client relationships to support business continuity.
    • Identify and manage risks, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
    • Monitor project costs and financial performance.
    • Collaborate with business development teams to pursue new opportunities.
    • Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, including proven success in project delivery.
    • Strong grasp of projectmanagement methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).
    • Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    General Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Human Resource Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Workforce Planning & Recruitment:

    • Design workforce plans aligned with exploration, drilling, and production phases.
    • Source and recruit technical and non-technical staff locally and internationally.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) guidelines.

    HR Compliance & Industrial Relations:

    • Ensure full compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws and sector-specific regulations (DPR, NUPRC).
    • Oversee union relations and collective bargaining, especially in upstream operations.
    • Maintain updated HR policies aligned with local and international standards.

    Performance Management & Training:

    • Implement KPI-based performance systems aligned with operational goals.
    • Facilitate competency development across technical and leadership domains.
    • Coordinate with accredited training bodies for professional certifications (IWCF, NEBOSH, OSHA).

    Employee Engagement & Retention:

    • Design engagement and welfare programs for site-based staff.

    • Manage rotation schedules and expatriate welfare logistics.

    • Conduct regular staff surveys and feedback mechanisms.

    HSE Integration:

    • Partner with HSE teams to promote a culture of safety.
    • Coordinate fitness-for-work evaluations, drug screening, and emergency readiness.

    Requirements

    • MSc or MBA in HRM, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years’ experience, with at least 10 in Oil & Gas or similar industries.
    • Proven experience in:
    • Site-based HR operations.
    • Union and expatriate management.
    • Local content compliance.
    • Strong knowledge of:
    • Nigerian Labour Law, Pension Act, and industrial policies.
    • HR softwareand systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM).
    • HR metrics and analytics.

    Preferred Certifications:

    • CIPM (Nigeria) – essential.
    • CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI – preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Design competitive remuneration structures, including offshore and hazard bonuses.
    • Benchmark compensation against global Oil & Gas industry standards.
    • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.

    Procurement Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement strategic plans for procurement operations – deliver value to the organization by focusing and aligning with company objectives such as right sourcing, right OEM/place, and right quality by adhering strictly to the end user description and specification, delivering on time and pay on time, comply with company procedure and policies by adopting the use of landing cost analysis table and freight calculator.
    • Proactively ensure communication between the company, IOCs, stakeholders, and partners by building relationships to reduce turnaround time on request – make networking a priority.
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Foster strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with your team in securing contracts, company registration, networking, building relationships, and business development outreach – garner at least ten (10) purchase orders (PO/WO) every month - develop a dashboard or matrix to track and monitor your performance or progress weekly.
    • Maintain good relationships with our clients and set up a weekly outreach program to foster opportunities
    • Analyse performance, identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferably with a second-class upper).
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
    • Proven track record in supply chain management, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Some Key Requirements include:

    • Graduating grade of Second Class Upper (2:1) or higher
    • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Prior extensive experience in the oil and gas industry

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in oilfield services, project management, or related field.
    • Graduating grade of Second Class Upper (2:1) or higher
    • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Prior extensive experience in the oil and gas industry
    • Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, and production operations.
    • Proven project management skills, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional engineering certification (PE) or equivalent.
    • Experience with project management software and tools.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., API, OSHA).
