    Professional Assistant - Pemium Edible Oil Products Limited

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

        To provide typical secretarial duties including filing, record keeping and appointment setting.

    THE JOB 

    • Prepare periodic management meetings minutes, reports, and presentations as requested by the GM.
    • Maintain and establish relationships with  clients, acting as liaison and managing correspondences.
    • Provide typical secretarial duties including filing, record keeping and appointment protocols.
    • Ensure compliance with FSMS requirement in the assigned work process.
    • Ensure the safety of self and others in the discharge of administrative duty.
    • Ensure proper arrangement and tidiness of the managing director’s office as well as the board room.
    • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.

    THE PERSON MUST

    QUALIFICATION

    Legal Officer

    Purpose of the Job

    • The Legal Officer shall be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, agreements and compliance with statutory/corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed in the subsidiaries.

    The Job

    • Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company.
    • Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act.
    • Provide all such other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by the Head, Legal Services/Assistant Company Secretary.
    • Follow up with external solicitors on registration of relevant intellectual property rights of the company.
    • Review and draft contracts, agreements, finance documents and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
    • Maintains an up-to-date list of company’s properties and their title documents, ensuring proper indexing and filing of original legal documents.

    Qualifications

    • LLB or BL.
    • Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association.

    Experience:

    • 5 years post bar experience.
    • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) is an added advantage.

    Fitter - Golden Pasta & Noodles

    Location: Iganmu, Lagos

    The Job

    • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on the packing machines to minimize equipment downtime.
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic malfunctions to keep the machines running efficiently.
    • Carryout Why-Why analysis on repeated problems and troubleshoot problems to aid effective maintenance.
    • Calibrate packing machines to achieve required productivity level.
    • Carry out maintenance strictly with the use of Machine drawings and checklist.
    • Report the general condition of equipment and recommend replacement when necessary to supervisor.
    • Keep proper record of time taken for job completion, spare parts replaced, and report observation made for future planning.

    Qualification

    • OND in Mechanical Engineering.
    • 5 O’ level credits including English & Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Pasta packing equipment and packaging processes.

    Business Development Manager / Disco

    Purpose of the Job

    •  To develop the blueprint (vision, strategy, objectives, commercial case, operating model, financial model, implementation roadmap as well provide operational leadership for FMN Group Distribution business/initiatives.

    The Job

    • Evaluate all viable and profitable options open to FMN Group to fulfill its desire to own/partner with a distribution company to leverage opportunities or collaborate with existing distribution companies and make recommendations based on evaluation.
    • Present a comprehensive feasibility study for establishment/acquisition of a distribution company locally in Nigeria, showing current and future market potentials and how to exploit it.
    • Develop budget and 5-year road map with a detailed execution/operationalization plans with resources and implications clearly identified.
    • Develop the vision, strategy, objectives for the establishment of FMN Group Distribution initiative.
    • Negotiate and implement fit for purpose contracts with DisCos to drive successful outcomes via contractual obligations and operational KPIs.
    • Ensure the impact of e-commerce and enabling technology is well understood and evaluated as a critical part of our go-to-market strategy and approach.

    Qualification

    • B.Sc. in any field of study.
    • MBA is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 10 years’ cognate experience.
    • Operational experience across multiple BU’s is an added advantage.

    The Person Must:

    • Have an in-depth understanding of supply chain strategy.
    • Posses logistics network optimization.
    • Have a knowledge of sales and operations planning.
    • Have a proven track record in channel/distributor management.
    • Have a verifiable track record of project management.
