    Product Manager - Organic & SEO

    About the role

    We’re searching for an experienced SEO/ Product Manager to join the Growth team at Kuda. As a member of the Product Growth function, you will be responsible for owning the development and execution of our Web Experience and SEO strategy. 

    As an Organic Product Manager in Growth, you’ll partner with our Growth, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Content and Design teams to create a roadmap of powerful SEO content, memorable web experiences, data-driven experiments and 

    You'll work with a high-performing, entrepreneurial, and product-focused group of engineers and marketers, in a highly collaborative and fun environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take full ownership of kuda.com, ensuring we remain at the forefront of content, SEO trends, website performance and user experience
    • Together with our Leads for Growth, Marketing and Content, you will create a clear vision for how we execute and continuously evolve Kuda.com.
    • Develop and execute a product strategy for Organic & SEO, focused on how we can increase our organic visitors and conversion from web to transacting users.
    • Work closely with all departments in Kuda to ensure that all important and relevant content is accessible, up to date and performing effectively.
    • Collaborate with growth analysts on forecasting, target setting and reporting all aspects of organic performance.
    • Working with our web engineering team, monitor, understand and improve our web infrastructure
    • Own the full product discovery and delivery process, from identifying the problem to ideating/research to delivering and then iterating
    • Run regular audits of our website and the competitor landscape.
    • Manage SEO operations and analytics to deeply understand the channel; provide weekly updates and inform leadership of progress, impacting business objectives and revenue.
    • Coordinate resources, and create project timelines, to ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality
    • Deliver features and products that will create amazing user experiences and validate these with customers

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in SEO and product management, with a strong focus on SEO growth and web conversions
    • You possess a deep understanding of the operational, technological, and strategic aspects essential for executing successful SEO and product initiatives.
    • You have designed, built and implemented content, web journeys and high ranking content
    • Test & Learn Mindset; you are focused on failing and learning fast using experiments and data to lead the way
    • Making an Impact: you have a proven track record delivering impactful changes, in particular web to app conversion
    • Bias for Execution; you focus on defining the right MVP, making difficult trade-offs, and shipping effective features
    • Exceptional Curiosity; you’re unafraid to ask questions, tinker, and learn to help drive product success
    • You will have a strong understanding of the web and app ecosystems.

    Media Associate

    Role Overview

    As a Senior Multimedia Associate at Kuda, you'll play a crucial role in brand strategy by creating and producing multimedia content that promotes and strengthens the brand's identity. You will be responsible for producing and delivering high-quality multimedia content, including videos, photos, animations, and graphics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with our brand, communications, and marketing teams to create multimedia content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives
    • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photos for various platforms, including social media, website, and presentations
    • Handle and manage all aspects of multimedia production, including script development, filming, audio recording, lighting, and post-production (editing, color-grading, and audio mix).
    • Work with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in multimedia production, and continuously seek to improve our content output
    • Maintain and manage our multimedia assets library, ensuring all content is organized, easily accessible, and up to date
    • Assist in the planning and execution of multimedia events, including live streaming, webinars, and virtual events.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers, as needed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production, including videography and photography
    • A knack for learning, creativity, and exploring ideas and angles outside the box.
    • Strong portfolio/showreel showing a considerable range of executed multimedia projects.
    • Strong proficiency at handling cameras and other multimedia equipment.
    • Strong proficiency in multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom), and/or DaVinci Resolve.
    • Excellent multimedia concept ideation skills with the ability to develop scripts based on these concepts.
    • Basic-intermediate color-grading and sound editing skills.

    Data Analyst - Growth

    Role overview

    Kuda is looking for an experienced Data Analyst who can mine attribution, engagement and behavioural data to establish valuable insights and ensure we make data-driven decisions around acquisition efforts, as well as product and channel experiments. Our Data Analysts help solve complex problems and ensure we only focus on the highest ROI growth tactics. 

    Responsibilities

    • Support our cross-functional team with end-to-end analyses on key growth initiatives.
    • Understand our business drivers and KPIs in order to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
    • Use data (across ad partners, CRM platforms and internal data sources) to understand our customers better as well as identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, referral and revenue. 
    • Produce automated tools and dashboards to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key growth metrics and experiment results.
    • Build and maintain growth-owned data models.
    • Support integration and completeness between our growth analytics stack and the central data ecosystem. 
    • Develop, own and champion how we leverage data from our growth analytics stack. 
    • Work closely with the growth marketing team to evaluate and improve marketing campaigns, including optimising paid ad campaigns, defining metrics, and setting targets.
    • Work with the life-cycle marketing team to support customer segmentation and ensure data underpins performance analysis.
    • Support all A/B testing efforts and champion experimentation best practices across the growth team by consistently providing clean and accurate data.
    • Support the team to navigate the evolving privacy changes.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of working experience as a growth or digital marketing data analyst.
    • Strong understanding of mobile app technologies (CDP, Attribution, CRM)
    • Possess strong knowledge of mobile app growth metrics (LTV, CR%, Churn)
    • Have development experience with Business Intelligence tools like Looker
    • High proficiency in SQL, experience with data modelling.
