You will lead the development and management of internal software applications that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze the needs of the business to develop tooling solutions that enhance workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CX, Engineering, and UX/UI Design, to design, test, and implement tooling applications.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to deployment, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and overseeing development timelines.
- Incorporate feedback from internal customers and stakeholders to iterate on and improve internal tools continuously.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and customer service best practices to ensure our tooling solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Employ product management techniques to keep the scope, time, and cost of the development in check.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with SQL.
- A high level of understanding in regards to product management processes and workflows.
- An ability to discuss technical issues and solutions with software engineers.
- Experience working with a product or engineering team within the banking or fintech industries working on a fintech product.
- Ability to properly document user stories, functional and technical requirement documentation.
- Advanced level experience with project and document management tools such as Notion and Jira.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Kuda, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our products and services. You'll be responsible for understanding our target customers' needs and preferences, developing compelling product messaging and positioning, and executing effective go-to-market campaigns to drive user acquisition, adoption, retention, and engagement.
Working closely with the product, brand, communications, and performance marketing teams, you'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of our products and ensure that they meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities:
- Lead the GTM (go-to-market) strategy for new product launches, working cross-functionally with Product, Performance Marketing, Brand & Comms and Customer Experience teams.
- Document detailed GTM plans which include target market, value proposition, market analysis, competitive analysis, product positioning, distribution channels, pricing strategy and marketing alignment.
- Develop clear and compelling messaging that differentiates our products in the market, ensuring messaging is consistent across all marketing and customer touchpoints.
- Define target customer personas and segments, ensuring the right audience is reached with the right message.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Be the voice of the customer, ensuring our products solve real customer pain points.
- Brief Comms and Design teams for the creation of compelling marketing assets (e.g., landing pages, email and in-app campaigns, social media posts, blog posts, videos, ads and webinars) that communicate the features, benefits, and unique value propositions of Kuda's products to target customers.
- Work closely with Product Managers to help shape the roadmap based on market needs and opportunities.
- Develop internal documentation and knowledge share processes for go-to-market readiness.
- Measure and analyse the performance of product marketing campaigns, and use data to optimize future strategies and tactics.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Requirements
- BA/BSc or Masters in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful product launches.
- Exhibit the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus, with effective project management expertise.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
- Experience in Nigerian (also African) fintech is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply problem-solving skills to business and technical challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in written communication with an ear for ‘voice’ and an eye for grammar/spelling.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements across the full suite of Kuda products. You will be involved in the full product development cycle: from early research and product strategy, to design and developer hand-off. You should have a strong understanding of web design patterns, mobile design, strong visual and user experience sensibilities, and care deeply about the end-user experience.
Responsibilities
- Use various techniques to create drafts and prototypes
- Produce final design solutions
- Pitch creative and usable ideas
- Bring new ideas to life from sketching and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, visual design, asset production and developer handoff.
- Use feedback from other designers, customers, and team members to improve the product.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers on the Retail, Business and Internal Product teams to launch features that impact the teams’ KPIs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and shipping both web and mobile products and tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual and user experience design in similar products
- Experience with Figma
- Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping, wireframing)
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, colors, typography & iconography)
- A razor sharp eye for detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions.
