    Product Manager

    Job Description 

    • Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of a product line from conceptualization to commissioning.
    • This includes coordination of activities across various departments.
    • This extends from deepening the profitability and penetration of existing products to developing new products for the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing the complete product life cycle from strategic planning to go to market
    • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by gathering feedback from various stakeholders and conducting market research using multiple channels including visits to customers and prospects
    • Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases based on business opportunities and market research
    • Develop wireframes and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for the proposed development requirements
    • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, overseeing interdepartmental activities to execute plans.
    • Monitor and set prices on products in product line to meet revenue and profitability goals
    • Create feature descriptions to provide guidance to Business Analysts and contribute and approve the product-related Business Requirements Documents
    • Validate detailed specifications and development costing versus market potential and future predictable revenue
    • Become subject matter experts in product's markets and provide vision and leadership to technology R&D efforts
    • Responsible for product launch and release plans. Coordinates internal and external product launches working with Marketing Support and Training teams
    • Help develop and deploy key market messages and communication strategies for the product line with Marketing Support team. (Including Release Notes, demonstrations, and Improvement Reports.)
    • Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform company of their potential applications to our business.
    • Develop and when necessary deliver concise and meaningful presentations for internal and external audiences, including education and training of sales staff, training of support groups, train the trainer programs, and presentations at symposia, trade shows, and key customer accounts
    • Act as liaison between Sales, Client Services, Marketing Support, and Technology teams to support product positioning and customer demand as part of new product development
    • Work with Training team to develop product training plan internally and externally

    What We’re Looking For

    • B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
    • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
    • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
    • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
    • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Monitor customers/users with a keen eye towards understanding consumers, their pain areas and their behaviour on the site and mobile application
    • Always thinking did you solve the problem right, how to improve on boarding rate, revenue conversion, which is the easiest payment method, which schemes are doing best, how can I improve the bounce rate on the site etc.
    • Own the digital platform and work on it focused on defining, iterating and solving customers problems. Obsess about better customer experience and perfect consumer journeys.
    • Analyse various metrics that inform the success of digital platform.

    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • BSc / HND Marketing, Mass Communication or related degree.
    • 8+ years of experience in digital platform (product) management in b2c internet based businesses (preferred e-commerce, fintech & BFSI, Travel)
    • Knowledge of end to end customer life cycle with B2C products or services.
    • Experience driving cross functional teams to deliver digital platforms (features) on tight deadlines.
    • Self - Starter, with a high degree of curiosity, creative problem- solving skills, strong attention to detail, comfort working in ambiguous and fast paced environments.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to influence.
    • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business case.
    • Extensive experience of digital proposition development and delivery – including planning, user case creation, and user experience design
    • A deep technical understanding of new trends and technologies, including which emerging technologies can be harnessed for better results
    • A good understanding of the role different digital marketing channels play, with the capacity to assess areas for improvement for the Business and our customers.

    Head of Partnership

    Job Description

    The Head of partnerships is tasked with identifying potential partners who could benefit from working with their organization. This might include finding companies that have similar interests or goals as theirs, or individuals who want to support their cause.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic and Operational Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement the strategy for partnership growth and success, including a strategy for processes such as pipeline management, customer on-boarding, and customer management and reporting
    • Design and implement a data collection and management strategy that aggregates priorities and needs of partners in a way that facilitates connections and success with technologies and government customers

    Customer Success Management:

    • Drive partner success and outcomes
    • Understand and map customer journey and develop strategies around listening points in journey
    • Oversee existing relationships with senior leaders at key partner organizations and ensuring service levels and expectations are met
    • Work with partners to identify strategic opportunities for future collaboration and growth
    • Measure effectiveness of customer success through metrics and data in order to Influence future lifetime value through higher customer satisfaction and overall health scores

    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA or other advanced degrees in a relevant field like Business, Economics, Public Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or Planning;
    • 8+ years’ experience spanning operational, strategic planning and analysis, channel management and product development;
    • Deep familiarity with how to structure commercial and social partnerships with leading private sector players, development banks and financial institutions and major implementing partners;
    • Extensive experience in Relationship Management;
    • Excellent oral, facilitation, and written communication skills;
    • Experience managing multinational initiatives in the private and/or public sector;
    • Proven ability to lead effective and high impact teams and partnerships;
    • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower all stakeholders to achieve their best with a team approach;
    • Results and detail orientated with a very hands-on approach;
    • Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
