    Client Service

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and contributing to the success of our clients and our business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
    • Coordinate with the sales and content teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients.
    • Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on campaign performance and market trends.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in client service or account management, preferably in the financial or media industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Knowledge of the financial market and industry trends is a plus.
