    Product Manager

    • On SME, the work is earlier-stage: figuring out what businesses need next and getting it built. You will work directly with our engineering leads on each app.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the roadmap for both the consumer (Paylater) and SME apps: prototype, PRD, sprint playback, launch, iterate.
    • Live in the analytics. Use tools like PostHog, Firebase, SQL and Google Analytics to analyse funnels, find where customers drop off, and decide what gets built next.
    • Set success metrics for every launch, report against them, and kill what isn't working.
    • Turn field insight into product decisions by working directly with our BDOs and customers.
    • Work with engineering, risk and design to ship fast inside a regulated lending business.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years in product management, ideally fintech or digital banking.
    • Fluency in product analytics (PostHog, Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude). You can build a funnel analysis yourself and tell us what it means for the roadmap.
    • SQL and spreadsheet fluency. You pull your own data.
    • Experimental with AI. You use AI tools daily in your own work, whether for research, prototyping, analysis or writing, and you have opinions about where AI belongs in a product. Show us something you've built or automated with it.
    • Evidence of shipping: at least one product you took from idea to live customers.
    • Range: comfort optimizing a mature product and building for a newer one. Tell us about a time you did each.
    • Clear written thinking. PRDs people actually read.

    HR Intern

    • You will support daily operations, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential HR skills in a dynamic work environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process.
    • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation sessions.
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
    • Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying necessary data..
    • Ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Perform general administrative duties to support the HR team’s daily operations.

    Requirements

    • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Have excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in Google workplace (Doc, Sheet, Presentation).
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Be detail-oriented.
