    Product Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive customer discovery (interviews, JTBD) to validate problem/solution fit.
    • Define and deliver the MVP: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a tight roadmap.
    • Recruit & run a beta: enroll ICP users, onboard them, run feedback cadences, and translate insights into the backlog.
    • Stand up analytics (events, funnels, cohorts) and a tracking plan for activation/retention.
    • Lead execution with Engineering/Design: prioritize, plan sprints, and ship on a cadence.
    • Co-own GTM with founders: positioning, early pricing hypotheses, demo calls, and pilot conversions.
    • Pitch in on startup essentials: support during beta, UX copy, and hands-on ops to keep momentum.

    Essential Requirements:

    • 5–8+ years in Product (or founder/operator equivalent).
    • Proven experience running betas/pilots and converting feedback into product decisions.
    • Strong prioritization & execution in ambiguous environments; backlog hygiene is second nature.
    • Analytical fluency (funnels/cohorts; SQL or BI comfort).
    • Technical aptitude (APIs, architecture basics; comfort with Postman/GitHub/feature flags).
    • Clear storytelling and crisp PRD writing; confident in customer conversations and demos.

    Travel / Cruise Specialist

    Purpose of the Role:

    • The Travels/Cruise Specialist will focus on driving sales and managing bookings specifically for travel and cruise services. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the travel industry with a proven track record in selling cruise packages.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sell and manage cruise packages, including itineraries, accommodations, and travel add-ons.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients to generate repeat business.
    • Identify new business opportunities within the cruise and travel segment.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and promotional packages for clients.
    • Coordinate with travel providers, hotels, and cruise lines to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Track bookings, reservations, and client preferences in company systems.

    Business Support Specialist

    Purpose:

    • To provide essential administrative and operational support that ensures seamless execution of business processes, documentation, reporting, and internal coordination across all brands. This role is key to maintaining structured operations, supporting team efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the organization.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Respond to internal support requests and escalate issues as necessary.
    • Compile, update, and maintain reports for operations, finance, and sales.
    • Support documentation of SOPs, processes, and internal workflows, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and properly stored.
    • Maintain and organize shared drives, digital files, folders, and links for easy access and structure.
    • Monitor task dashboards, track project or task progress using tools such as Nifty PM, and notify assignees of pending tasks or upcoming deadlines.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, summaries, and internal communications.
    • Track progress of form submissions, course access, or client onboarding activities.
    • Collate and organize data for audits, reviews, or internal/external reports.
    • Perform weekly data cleanups or audits of CRM and other tools.
    • Process internal requests or tickets, including administrative, technical, or general support.
    • Support logistics for virtual events, trainings, or webinars.
    • Send promotional emails and communications where necessary.
    • Manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
    • Attend team meetings and provide timely administrative updates to relevant stakeholders.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum of 5 experience in administrative, operational, or business support roles.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task/project management tools (e.g., Nifty PM).
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
