    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a disciplined, numerate Procurement Manager to own procurement and supply chain operations for an assigned business unit.
    • This role manages vendor sourcing, the vendor master, purchase orders, and subcontractor relationships.
    • This is an entry - level management role — we will invest in training the right person on our systems and processes from the ground up.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Confirm vendor / resource availability and cost inputs within 1 business day of order requests.
    • Evaluate, validate, and register all third - party vendors on the ERP before work is assigned.
    • Maintain the vendor tiering system and actively expand the vendor pool in underserved operating countries.
    • Own subcontractor company relationships including contractual terms and dispute resolution.
    • Conduct quarterly vendor performance evaluations; de - list underperformers.
    • Issue Purchase Orders; negotiate prices, discounts, and contractual terms with suppliers.
    • Oversee logistics coordination at the procurement level and approve freight contracts.
    • Generate weekly procurement reports and analyse supply chain data for management review.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in any numerate discipline (Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related).
    • 0 - 3 years experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or a related administrative role (NYSC experience in a procurement or admin function counts).
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills; high integrity and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with any ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
    • Good negotiation instincts and a process - oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with the telecommunications or construction / infrastructure industry is a plus.

    HR Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-smart HR Officer to join our People function. This role supports the full employee lifecycle across our operating countries — from recruitment to exit. It is a generalist HR role and an excellent launchpad for a serious HR career. No prior HR job title is required — NYSC experience in an HR or administrative function is valid experience.

    Kery Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment across assigned business units: job posting, screening, scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding
    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
    • Administer HR compliance with Nigerian labour law and multi-country regulatory requirements
    • Support performance management cycles: probation, quarterly reviews, disciplinary processes, and exit documentation
    • Process payroll inputs; manage HMO enrolment, pension administration, and leave tracking
    • Track headcount, attrition, and staff movement; produce monthly HR reports for leadership
    • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate staff learning and development activities
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on policy, benefits, and HR procedures
    • Manage internal communications and the employee engagement/feedback process

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any Social Sciences, Humanities, Business, or related discipline
    • 0 - 3years experience in an HR, administrative, or people-facing role (NYSC HR/admin placement counts)
    • CIPM student membership or part-qualification is an advantage - not required
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality; strong attention to detail
    • Good interpersonal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HR software is a plus
    • A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
    • Fresh graduates and recent NYSC completers are strongly encouraged to apply.
