    Procurement Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
    • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
    • Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
    • Raise Purchase Orders in line with business policy.
    • Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business policy.
    • Email the Purchase Order to the supplier (where the system does not support automatic emailing of the Purchase Order)
    • Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery
    • Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders
    • Drive continuous improvement across Purchasing process
    • Maintain good inventory system to avoid stock out and stock variations.
    • Provide update on requests filled out and ensure 100% compliance and adherence to Approved Supply Process.
    • Ensure proper material package and segregation.
    • Punctuality - timeliness to work on daily basis.
    • Achieve 85% customer feedback score from the internal feedback software.
    • Give feedback to operators on materials availability.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • B.Sc Degree or ND / HND in Accountancy, Logistics,Business Admin, Supply Chain & Procurement or relevant field.
    • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role
    • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
    • Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. sage)
    • Understanding of supply chain procedures
    • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
    • Negotiation skills
    • Show of professional behavior in all dealings
    • Excellent job ownership

    • Demonstration of strong leadership skill.

    Graphics Designer

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create and design various materials for digital and print
    • Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
    • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
    • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
    • Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
    • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
    • Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
    • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
    • Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
    • QA design for errors
    • Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
    • Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Minimum of OND / HND, Certification and Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
    • 1 - 3 years proven graphic designing and photo-editing software experience.
    • Excellent IT skills with familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Coreldraw, In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
    • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
    • Knowledge of Video creation and editing, Motion graphics.
    • Exceptional creativity and innovation.
    • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
    • Attention to details
    • Excellent time management, communication skill and organizational skill.
    • Professional approach to time, costs and ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

    Marketing Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the marketing department and consistently identify revenue generating opportunities for the Cinemas.
    • Work closely with Management, clients, creative and content team to produce an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing our customer base for our products and services.
    • Implement market research, forecasts, competitive industry analysis and marketing campaigns to track customer and market trends in order to translate insights into actionable plans.
    • Continually review changes to the market, customer trends and competitor activities, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
    • Ensure the company’s brand message is strong, consistent and visible (offline and online) by organizing marketing events, producing and utilizing promotional materials, implementing email campaigns etc.
    • Prepare marketing budgets and reports on ROI for marketing activities.
    • Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans with a view to increase sales for the company, in line with the company’s financial objectives for the period.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related course of study.
    • 3-5 years experience in the hospitality industry or retail business.
    • Demonstrable experience leading a marketing team.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Good interpersonal and Communication skills
    • Must be a good Team player with excellent ability to multi-tasking and able to adapt to varying situations
