Role Description

• This full-time, on-site role based in Lagos is for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• The individual will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• Key activities include educating healthcare providers about our product portfolio, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• The role also requires accurate reporting and market analysis to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales and general Sales practices
• Knowledge of pharmacy and pharmaceutical product categories
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in presenting product benefits and effectively addressing client queries
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a relevant sales position is an advantage
