    Procurement Associate

    Job Description

    • Reviewing and interpreting clients' supply chain requirements, planning and organizing a course of action and negotiating contracts as required.
    • Purchase materials, goods, services and business services based on the specifications and requirements of the client.
    • Negotiate and research of suppliers and commodities
    • Analyze and evaluate supplier bids, tenders, proposals, or quotations and review with Supply Chain Manager.
    • Negotiate prices and delivery conditions.
    • Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, purchase requisitions and orders.
    • Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
    • Communicate status of orders with internal customers.

    Job Requirements

    • A good Engineering Degree from an accredited institution.
    • 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
    • Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS office including Word and Excel.
    • Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be ready and able to work well within a small team environment.
    • Must have great organizational and administrative skills.

    HR Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to hire an HR Specialist to join a growing team of outstanding individuals in our Manpower Business division.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with management to plan, develop and recommend innovative strategies to accommodate current and future staffing needs.
    • Perform routine recruiting functions such as job posting, screening applicants and setting up interviews.
    • handle contract administration, payroll management and staff allowances within the stipulated time.
    • Manage all social media activities and handles.
    • Conduct onboarding trainings for new hires and manage employee handbook.
    • Work alongside other departmental leads to identify training needs and work on ways of meeting them.
    • Manage all health insurance and FFD related matters, and ensure medical result is received.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), Networking Applications and web based applications.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization and multicultural/international environment.
    • Relevant Industry Certifications required such as CIPM.

    Senior Accountant

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who combines excellent leadership and analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles as well as in-depth understanding of QuickBooks accounting software package.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all payment of statutory remittance in a timely manner
    • Preparation of salary and ensure disbursement on due date
    • Oversee and monitor timely submission of Invoices
    • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
    • Check figures, postings, and documents for proper and correct entry.
    • Assist with annual audit preparations.
    • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payables and receivables
    • Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
    • Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports for management review
    • Oversee the compilation of financial information into financial statements with accompanying disclosures as well as ensuring the numbers are accurate.
    • Follow all company policies and procedures as well as maintaining confidentiality of company’s information.
    • Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
    • Perform other accounting duties and supporting team members as required or assigned
    • Coordinate, plan, assign and review staff’s work.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields
    • Minimum of 7 + years of proven accounting experience. (Relevant certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CMA are preferred)
    • Hands-on experience in QuickBooks accounting software package.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
    • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax laws
    • Excellent leadership, effective communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to pay attention to details and good analytical skills
