    Process QA / QC Manager (Solar Company)

    Job Description

    • Ability to develop, control and manage the company’s Quality Document Control processes, promote and communicate the Company quality policies and procedures.
    • Ability to Create and maintain quality system documentation, including procedures, specifications, control plans and work instructions.
    • Ability to monitor all quality related activities on the Solar project, investigate incident or defect root cause and facilitate corrective measures.
    • Ability to perform all internal and external audits, document inspections and testing as required by the project specifications, company standards, and government regulations on behalf of the company’s management.
    • Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
    • Ability to attend client quality management meetings, all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
    • Ability to prepare and control project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement, review and propose quality requirements in customer contracts during the proposal stage.
    • Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager and QA/QC procurement manager and monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.

    Job Description

    • Ability to create the financial strategy and track the execution of performance of the financial strategy working with all departments.
    • Ability to forecast and track key accounting metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts, P&L reviews)
    • Ability to review organizations finance based on internal and external factors, determine strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities in order to minimize risks and formulate plans to achieve an organization’s long-term goals
    • Ability to audit financial documents and procedures, prepare general ledger entries, reconcile bank statements and calculate tax payments and returns.
    • Ability to perform financial analysis of the department’s chart of accounts and financial statements by identifying and analyzing variances.
    • Ability to prepare and maintain accounting system, policy and procedures and respond to inquiries received from management, internal and external auditors.

    Requirements

    • BSc. in Accounting/Chartered accountant with a Minimum of 6 years post qualification/certification in the manufacturing industry. Must be experienced in financial strategy formulation, budgeting and budget management issues.

    Solar Panel Factory Operations Manager- SPFOM002

    Job Competency Requirements

    • Ability to initiate and propose strategic plan for Solar factory operations, define the critical success factors and ensure after approval by the Board, the achievement of the vision/targets by setting and maintaining the correct focus for the organization.
    • Ability to plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day Factory operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
    • Ability to develop a detailed furniture and fittings project plan, coordinate project team, supervise available resource & allocation and deliver on pre agreed terms, budget and scope.
    • Ability to organize workflows to meet specifications and timelines and implement methodology to measure due date delivery performance
    • Ability to monitor products standards at various levels of production and at the point of release so that cost of rework is reduced /eliminated
    • Ability to perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, as well as negotiate timelines and product functionalities.

    Qualification Requirements

    • BSc. in Engineering or relevant discipline with a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing of Solar Panel and Operations of a solar factory.
    • An experienced or expatriate applicant with the Knowledge of process improvement, budgeting and production standards.

    Architect/Installation Officer

    Job Description

    • Ability to collect information on the design requirements for a building project and interact with clients to identify structural specifications, location and budget
    • Ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations convincing clients to offer them contracts for a building design
    • Ability to proffer recommendation to clients on suitable choice of design, considering set budget and preference
    • Ability to produce designs for proposed structures using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and manual drafting
