Bachelor degree in engineering, Operation Management or related fields.
Possession of Lean Six Sigma certification.
7-10 years experience working in an advisory role with a proven track record.
Proven track record of cost reductions and increased productivity.
Proven ability to do financial analysis and review and analyze existing cost data.
Demonstrates the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
Responsibility
Initiate and leads technical process improvement projects (Setup Reduction, Cycle Time Reductions) across manufacturing, meeting assigned timelines and objectives.
Evaluates existing capacity utilization; leads solutions based on short- / long-term needs.
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address issues related to plant OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), safety, and delivery.
Utilizing systems and tools to deliver a reduction in minor stops and breakdowns.
Creating training materials for employees to learn about new processes or procedures.
Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results.
Assist in development of new process capabilities.
Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
