    Process Improvement Manager (Manufacturing)

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in engineering, Operation Management or related fields. 
    • Possession of Lean Six Sigma certification. 
    • 7-10 years experience working in an advisory role with a proven track record.
    • Proven track record of cost reductions and increased productivity.
    • Proven ability to do financial analysis and review and analyze existing cost data. 
    • Demonstrates the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

    Responsibility

    • Initiate and leads technical process improvement projects (Setup Reduction, Cycle Time Reductions) across manufacturing, meeting assigned timelines and objectives. 
    • Evaluates existing capacity utilization; leads solutions based on short- / long-term needs. 
    • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address issues related to plant OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), safety, and delivery. 
    • Utilizing systems and tools to deliver a reduction in minor stops and breakdowns.
    • Creating training materials for employees to learn about new processes or procedures. 
    • Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality. 
    • Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques. 
    • Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results. 
    • Assist in development of new process capabilities. 
    • Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
