RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mounting the Flexo Plate on mounting machine
• Should do the ink Mixing 
• Should do the Make-ready setup of job
• Load the Anilox roll into machine, While setup.    
• Load the raw material substrate roll at unwinder.
• Match the color as per approved sample.
• Adjust the color register, while running.
• Mounting the Flexible die cut on Magnetic cylinder

• Operating the Slitter&Rewinder machine.
• Train the assistants.
• Should be able to trouble shoot the process problems.
• Should have knowledge to trouble shoot minor machine problems.
• The maintenance and up keep of equipments and work stations in the department.
• Should communicate with superiors about issues in the process. 
• Maintaining quality and accuracy in work& minimizing scrap.
• Maintaining the production records.
• Minimize the wastage and maximize the production.
• Perform the basic maintenance of the machine.

Experience:

• Diploma in Printing Technology or equivalent experience in industry.
• Should have hands on experience of 3-4 years in UV Flexo printing Press machines like Gideu, Bobst, Gallus, Omet, Mark-Andy, Nilpeter. 
• Experience on Gideu or Bobst will be Preferable.
• Should have knowledge of different kinds of Label Stocks used in printing.
• Should have experience in the cold foil, embossing jobs etc…
• Should have an eye for detail, Good eyesight and no color recognition issues are essential for this job.
• Physically fit and healthy in order for the candidate to work under a manufacturing environment.
• Maintaining quality and accuracy in work& minimizing scrap.
• Should be from label manufacturing industry.
