Pizza Maker at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Making pizza dough, sauces, and toppings including tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
• The temperature of the pizza ovens, as well as the cooking periods, are being monitored.
• Preparing high-quality pizzas following company specifications.
• Inventory control and putting orders for more supplies as needed.
• Before you start making pizzas, clean your workstations.
• Before each use, ensure that all utensils and cooking equipment have been sterilized.
• Pizzas should be appropriately plated or packaged.
• Keeping track of all food order slips and ensuring that customers' orders are fulfilled promptly.
• At the end of each shift, dispose of any expired or ruined ingredients.

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 year experience.
• A food handler’s license is preferred.
• Proven food preparation and food handling experience.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• The ability to follow standardized recipes.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
