Phone Repair Technician (Service Centre) at DreamWorks Integrated System Limited

• We're looking for a skilled Phone Repair Technician to join our growing team in Lagos. If you have hands-on experience repairing smartphones across multiple brands, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software faults
• Performing screen, battery, charging port, camera, and motherboard repairs
• Conducting quality testing and device validation
• Maintaining accurate repair and inventory records
• Providing professional technical support and customer guidance
• Ensuring adherence to service centre quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or relevant technical certification
• 2–3 years of proven experience in smartphone and smart device repairs
• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS devices
• Experience with diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, and board-level repairs
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
