    Personal Assistant to the MD

    Responsibilities

    • Diary management
    • Meeting organization
    • Maintenance of files and documents
    • Attend to and monitor urgent enquiries
    • Review bank statements, receipts, and invoices
    • Conduct Research
    • Regularly update the Partner
    • Flight and hotel reservation.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or BA with a minimum of 2.1
    • M.Sc. or MBA will be an added advantage
    • 2-4 years of proven secretarial/administrative experience.

    Sales Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business opportunities
    • Maintain and keep a good relationship with our clients
    • Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting
    • Collate and document competitive intelligence
    • Create and be accountable for all client proposals and contracts
    • 80% of the time will be out of the office for follow-up and follow-through meetings.
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related Science field but a Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Tech, is an advantage
    • 2 - 5 years of experience in sales and construction chemical field.
    • Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
    • A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
    • Confident negotiator and ability to close deals
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and business writing skills especially proposals
    • Proficient in MS Office packages especially PowerPoint.
