    Personal Assistant to the Chairman

    Functional Responsibilities
    Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:

    • Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention
    • Analysing financial reports
    • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
    • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
    • Organising events and conferences
    • Reminding the Executive of important tasks and deadlines
    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
    • Managing databases and filing systems
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
    • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
    • Collating and filing expenses
    • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
    • Any other assignment.

    Requirements

    • The ideal person must be a graduate in Finance or Accounting and must possess sound analytical skills. A professional certificate will be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar position.

    Laundry Attendant

    Summary

    • Our client urgently requires the servicers of an experienced Laundry Attendant who has a minimum of 4 years’ experience the position.
    • The Apartment will provide accommodation though residing within Ogba, Agege or other close vicinities will be an advantage

    Functional Responsibilities
    Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:

    • Sorts all linen and separates and treats all stains.
    • Loads laundry into washer and adds specified amount of detergent, soap, or other cleaning agents.
    • Lifts clean, wet articles from washer and places them into dryers for measured time cycles.
    • Sorts dried articles according to type.
    • Folds and places items in appropriate locations for storage.
    • Handles contaminated articles per Hote franchise and standards.
    • Arrive to work on time and in proper uniform
    • Organize and maintain laundry operations on a daily basis to meet demand in a timely manner
    • Manitain daily and weekly records of clothing
    • Wash, dry and fold all linen using best standard practices
    • processes stained lien & returns to inventory
    • Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order in order to maximize efficiency
    • Report any maintenance issues to Housekeeping Manager and completes Maintenance
    • Report any shortage of dry cleaning materials to the appropriate Officer
    • Maintain a clean and safe laundry area at all times
    • Conduct daily cleaning of all laundry machines
    • Provide a weekly & monthly chemical inventory to Housekeeping Manager
    • Assist in monthly inventory count including discarded items
    • And any other assignment from the management.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND / FSLC with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
