    Operations & Strategy Manager

    Our client; a reputable company Firm is looking to fill the role of an OPERATIONS & STRATEGY MANAGER

    Responsibilities

    • Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.
    • Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
    • Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
    • Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
    • Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
    • Collaborating with CEO to develop a capital plan in line with the strategy.
    • Analyzing market dynamics, market share changes, product line
    • performance, and competitive intelligence.
    • Identifying key capital projects, joint ventures, potential M&A targets, and other strategic partnership opportunities.
    • Monitoring execution of business initiatives.
    • Executing divestments and divestiture.

    Requirements

    • Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.

    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    •   Experience in the Big 4 consulting is a Plus.

    Corporate Finance Analyst

    Job Objective

    A reputable Investment banking group with service offerings in Asset/Fund Management, Wealth management, Issuing House/Capital Raising, Financial Advisory, Securities Brokerage, Real Estate and Consulting is looking for suitable candidates with knowledge in corporate finance.

    Responsibilities

    Deal Origination

    • Assist in business environment research for emerging opportunities
    • Assist in data gathering and preparation of pitch documents (proposals, expression of interest) for all Debt, Equity, Project/Structured Finance and Financial/Transaction Advisory mandates

    2.    Deal Execution

    • Assist in the preparation of transaction documents including Offer Prospectus (including Shelf, Supplementary, Abridged), Valuation Reports, Due Diligence Report,
    • Assist in the coordination of other parties to a transaction
    • Participating in transaction review meetings
    • Assist in liaising with relevant regulators including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), etc. for approvals

    3.    Deal Distribution/Sales

    • Assist in the preparation of Investment Teasers
    • Participates in road shows
    • Assists in the preparation and submission of after sales reports to regulatory bodies

    French Website Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    Camp Boss

    Our client, a reputable firm is looking for a suitable and qualified candidate to fill the role of a CAMP BOSS

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Performs maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
    • Employs and supervises staff.
    • Plans menus, prepares food supply orders, and stores food.
    • Assumes responsibility for checking in and out camp grounds and non-camp groups and maintenance of records.
    • Inspects all facilities.
    • Supervises and orients camp counselors.
    • Assumes responsibility for maintaining standard first aid supplies.
    • Maintains required health records to ensure proper payment of accident claims resulting from camp participation.
    • Maintains liaison with medical doctors in the area.
    • Assumes responsibility for weekly camp attendance summary, program evaluation, counselor evaluation, and other required reports.
    • Assumes responsibility for collecting camp fees, depositing money in the bank, and keeping accurate financial records.
    • Assumes responsibility for security of camp facilities and camp personnel.

    • Aids in the evaluation of camp programs and personnel.

    Requirements
