Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Relationship Officer at Addosser Microfinance Bank in Lagos.
- The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships with clients, providing financial advice and information, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The role also involves promoting banking products and services, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management, Finance, and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus
