    Operations Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to oversee daily logistics operations and ensure the efficient movement of goods and timely delivery of services.
    • The ideal candidate will coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to optimize operational performance, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards while supporting the company's operational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and oversee daily logistics and transportation operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Monitor deliveries and ensure the timely execution of assigned transportation and logistics activities.
    • Liaise with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operational processes.
    • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.
    • Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate complex matters when necessary.
    • Maintain accurate operational records, logistics documentation, and performance reports.
    • Monitor fleet and driver activities to ensure adherence to schedules and operational standards.

    Person Specifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
    • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel; experience with logistics or ERP systems is an added advantage.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – Commercials to lead the commercial team in driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, identifying new business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting the company's commercial objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding the company's client portfolio.
    • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

    Person Specifications

    • Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage.
    • Must have 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
    • Strong business development, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
