Job Description

• Assist with designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures for operations
• Assist to Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Assist in establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
• Assist in Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Assist in evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports on all matters of importance to the Operations Manager.
• Assist in setting up a Standard Operational Process.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license

• Support all business initiatives through operational excellence
• Setting; Monthly, Quarterly &Annual Performance operational goals
• Development and implementation of operational manual
• The motivation of employees for maximum output
• Weekly report rendition.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Running company social media advertising campaigns.
• Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
• Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
• Graphic designs
• Content Writing and Development.
