    Sales Development Representative

    Summary:

    Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting up meetings for the sales team, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
    Your responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, managing inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to clearly articulate the value of a customer intelligence platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct targeted outreach to potential customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
    • Qualify inbound leads and manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
    • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand potential customers\' needs and pain points.
    • Educate prospects on the value of the company’s customer intelligence platform and how it can benefit product teams.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns and content.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created.
    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on prospect interactions and market insights.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product developments.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
    • Experience with outbound prospecting techniques and tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
    • Basic understanding of product management and customer intelligence concepts.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales career path.

    Salary: ₦150,000.00 - ₦300,000.00

    Multimedia Creative Designer

    Summary:

    Our client is seeking a passionate and self-driven Multimedia Creative Designer to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing video, graphics, and other creative content to drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones for their products and services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with creative team to brainstorm and develop unique and compelling content ideas for various digital platforms.
    • Create visually stunning graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets that align with brand identity and resonate with our audience.
    • Manage and curate content on social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates.
    • Oversee planning and necessary communications to prepare multimedia content
    • Edit and animate social ads for various social media platforms
    • Provide creative direction on motion graphics, typography, and other dynamic elements to produce a high quality, engaging final product
    • Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for video related inquiries

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experience
    • Detail-oriented and capable of producing a highly polished final product
    • Highly proficient in digital video production and editing
    • Familiar with producing for social media channels and other video-based digital platforms
    • Proficient in motion animations and incorporating graphics and text into video edits
    • Capable of bridging marketing strategies with creative strategies using video advertising
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to effortlessly collaborate with others, both internally and externally
    • Capable of receiving creative direction and handling criticism related to work
    • Capable of managing projects from start to finish, overseeing project timelines and deadlines, and handling client communications related to video projects.

    Salary: 200,000.00 - 300,000.00
