REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5+ years experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the E-commerce, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, online consumer behavior, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proficiency in market research, brand analytics tools, and data interpretation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market positioning.
• Manage brand identity across all online channels, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to execute cohesive campaigns.
• Oversee content development (social media, advertising, digital campaigns, product listings).
• Plan and manage brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
• Ensure all brand communications align with the company’s vision and customer expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related field)
• Must have completed NYSC or currently serving
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and industry practices
• Must be willing and ready to work outside the primary job location, including field assignments and remote sites

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities
• Assist with engineering and technical projects across operations and field sites.
• Participate in site inspections, maintenance, and operational support tasks
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. 
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Provide general engineering support as assigned by supervisors.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure stock availability
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable. 
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Oversee stock levels and ensure proper documentation of inventory
• Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions
• Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliation.
