Role Summary:

The Enterprise IT Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT systems to support business objectives across the organization. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to ensure technology solutions align with enterprise goals. The analyst will also leverage WordPress development skills to manage and enhance web platforms, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze enterprise IT infrastructure and recommend improvements for efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for IT governance.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate IT performance and business impact.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in WordPress development (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection.

Responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using React. Requires deep knowledge of modern frontend technologies and UI/UX principles. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement reusable components, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Integrate APIs and manage state effectively using tools like Redux or Context API.
• Ensure code quality through testing (Jest, Cypress) and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in CI/CD workflows and contribute to deployment processes (DevOps knowledge is a plus).
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in React.js development (hooks, context, state management).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite).
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and design systems.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Added Advantage: TypeScript, Next.js, DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployment experience.
