    Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate onboarding and documentation for all outsourced employees in line with client requirements.
    • Serve as the primary HR contact for field employees, addressing grievances and promoting engagement.
    • Ensure compliance with company, client, and statutory HR requirements (PENCOM, NSITF, PAYE, etc.).
    • Support payroll by verifying attendance and resolving payment discrepancies.
    • Monitor performance, support evaluations, and recommend interventions where needed.
    • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure timely deployment and replacement of staff.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports on headcount, turnover, and performance.
    • Maintain up-to-date HR databases and ensure proper documentation for audits.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations, preferably within an outsourcing or HR services environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
    • Membership of a professional HR body (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) will be an advantage.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios.

    HR Documentation Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and oversee the completion of onboarding and employment documentation for outsourced staff.
    • Verify and securely store all employee documents including offer letters, guarantor forms, IDs, and medical certificates.
    • Conduct background checks and verifications (address, guarantor, employment history, etc.) as required.
    • Maintain an accurate HR database and ensure data confidentiality.
    • Ensure compliance with PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, and tax documentation standards.
    • Support audits and prepare periodic documentation and verification reports.
    • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely documentation before deployment.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in HR documentation, records management, or HR administration — preferably within an outsourcing or HR services firm.
    • Proven experience conducting background checks is an added advantage.
    • Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour and compliance documentation standards.

    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    • 100% completion of documentation before staff deployment.
    • Accuracy and timeliness in data entry and background verification.
    • Full compliance with client and statutory requirements.
