    Sales Specialist


    • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. 
    • Using industry knowledge and skills build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. 
    • Build strategic relationships with key customer decision makers that focus on solutions.  
    • Business development activities to penetrate whitespace accounts. 
    • Provide accurate and timely forecasts. 
    • Develop a deep understanding of both the customer and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-Level contacts.

    Business Development Officer

    As a Business Development Lead for Sales and Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and expansion of the company's sales and market presence. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This position requires a combination of business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with management to formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
    • Sales and Marketing Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans, setting measurable goals and targets for revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
    • Identify target markets and segments, and create strategies to penetrate and expand the company's presence in those areas.
    • Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
    • Lead efforts to generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and marketing campaigns.
    • Nurture and build relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to conversion.
    • Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
    • Identify potential strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and collaborations to expand the company's market reach and enhance its competitive advantage.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
    • Sales Team Management:
    • Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and objectives for individual team members.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to improve the team's overall performance and achieve sales targets.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
    • Analyze sales and marketing data to derive insights, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve strategies.
    • Brand Promotion and Communication:
    • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective promotional activities.
    • Oversee the development of marketing materials, sales presentations, and other collateral to support sales efforts.
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives against set goals and KPIs.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
